Sometimes it happens. If you have been excersizing more, if you've made any changes in your life that were stressful, if you've changed your diet.
Cycles change as women mature and you might notice differences in how blood regulates itself when you are 18, 21, 25, 30 and 35.
It is absolutely nothing to worry about.

Well, everyone is different. Me myself I have it only for about 3-4 days. If you had a short period don't worry. The answer is probably stress. Stress can get a womans normal cycle all messed up. It can cause longer periods or shorter ones, it can even cause no period at all. So to be honest DON'T WORRY. It is normal.

Periods are as unique as people. For me I am on it for the first 2 days off on the third and on it again for days four and five. It wasn't always like that. Also, diet, exercise, sexual activity and stress can change your cycle.

The average period of time is only 3 days so maybe that's what's happening to you. If you're still younger, it takes time for your body to adjust to menstrual periods to become more stable.

mine usually only lasts the three days. maybe your lucky and your cycle is changing. they do that sometimes. but get a test to be sure. it could also be stress or diet related or a change in workout habits.
