listen , i had a assistant principal basicly torturing my kid everyday because he felt since she skipped school in junior high that shes be trouble in highschool , he constantly was giving her detentions whenever she was out and said she forged the notes i accually wrote for her , so 1 day i gave her a note and waited in the hall by his office as she took it in , and sure enough i heard him say , u wrote this thats anouther dention , and ur getting anouther detention for being late , well she ran out of his office and he started to chase her until he met face to face with me and i called him every name in the book and told him dont do it again. and get rid of all the other detentions he had given her . the thing is kid , u have to make ur parents believe you , my daughter had 2 ,its not easy thinking theres a bad teacher or someone at the school doing stuff to u , it takes convincing , so just keep at ur parents and even if he denighs it to them , they will eventually be on ur side and find someone who will listen , if ur parents wont . try the guidence councilor but really its ur parents thats gotta get him to stop it ok

You can purchase a mini cassette recorder and record this and then bypass the principal and go to the school board. Document from now on each time this happens and be specific with all the details. My kid had a similar incident and the same happened to him. Well after I contacted the school board and a few state senators, the teacher retired when the inquiries began.

As a student your seniors should trust you over your teacher. I think it is importnat that you continue to confront the issue. I am going in to the teaching field, and if your teacher is truly threatening you he/she should not be within that profession.
Continue to talk to your principal, your school councilors, and your parents, if nothing happens, and you are absolutly positive he/she is treatening you, then you could consult the police, but only if you are certain he/she is threatening you.
Keep in mind that you could be taking what ever was said out of context, it is very important that you are certain of what happened. Discrediting a teacher is a serious issue. YOU MAKE SURE YOU TAKE THE CORRECT COURSE OF ACTION!!!!!

Dude you HAVE to tape record that, I used to get sexually harassed at work all the time so I tape recorded it, took it to the police, but since I'm legal it was my choice to do whatever. Too bad I wasn't a minor I wish I was when I was dealing with that stuff so I could of sent their asses to jail or something.

There's really nothing you can do, except take a tape recorder with you and record it, then take it to the parents and you all take it to the principal

You do not deserved to be bullied by anyone and talk to a teacher you can trust.

well now you should fight fire with fire, do the same thing she is doing, start to dothings that she is doing and record her only when she says something, get one of those small recorders and record her when she talks bad to you, if she wants to do that to you then do it to her but get her fired while you are at it, make up stuff even if it is not true, she does it to you, why cant you do it to her. dont let her get away with this, why is she picking on you fo rno reason. get her back and get her out of the school for good. good luck.

i had the same problem i hit him in the face kicked him in the ribs one time called him a bitchhh and walked out i got sent to another school thats it handle urs cuz dont let it ride
