Volunteer at something local. It doesn't pay but you get lots of experience, make some friends, get something to put in your resume (something that shows what you've done in school/life), and you are giving back to the community. Perhaps a food pantry or something similar.
On the lines of dog-walking, you could dog-sit. If the neighbors are going out of town and they usually leave their dogs inside or outside, offer to let them out three or four times a day, or let them out in the morning and in at night. And you can feed them, make sure they have water. Also, if neighbors going out of town and have a garden, offer to water their flowers/fruits/vegetable plants if it doesn't rain so they don't die.

There are no easy solutions for finding a job at home. If there were everyone would be working from home. Remember what a regular job is.,.. A situation where you are paid to perform at a certain level or you will be terminated. Is that what you really want? If you find your precious job working from home and you are terminated , downsized or otherwise released for whatever reason, what are you going to do? Get another one so that the same thing can happen eventually? You will find yourself repeatedly back at square one. Friend a job may not be what you really want ultimately. I'm not saying there are no good jobs. what I know is there is no real security there. You may want to consider working for yourself after doing your own due dilligence and preparation. In the meantime find a tollerable job that will take care of your needs and begin setting a little money aside to provide for start up capital to start your business when you find the right one.

Ready? Here you go:
1. If you live where people need their trash taken out, do it for 75 cents a bag.
2. Was windows at people houses(people hate doing that)
3. Where I live in Texas you can work at a grocery store being a crt boy when you're 14.
4. Host/entertain birthday parties for little children(dress up like a clown and do funny things or something, think of a talent you have)
5. Hold a neighborhood talent show and charge $1 to enter and a $1 to watch.
6. If you're smart in a certain area in school ask around to see if you can tutor kids younger than you(teach 'em the ropes)
If I think of any more, I'll let you know!

Maybe check out a Daycare place and see if they need any more help. You said you do babysitting, so yeah, that's a good one, maybe put a ad in somewhere you want to be a mothers helper or something over summer, I did that and it really pays well if you do it once a week or even every day! good luck! luv~carly

If you have baseball cards, old pokemon cards, comic books, cds, anything that kids like. go to a outdoor flea market and sell them. If you r really ambitious, go online and look for products that you can afford to buy and sell them at markup. socks are a great example! good luck!

Go to a local golf course and hunt for lost balls. Clean them and resell them on the course for people to practice with.
