I'm a few too many miles northwest of Chicago to know of any quilt guilds first hand, but the link below contains many quilt guilds in the state of Illinois. Read through and see if any sound like they're in your area.
The other thing you can do is ask at your local quilt shop. They can put you in touch with the quilt guild in your area. Most guilds are extremely inexpensive to join, and have some wonderful guests and classes, not to mention smaller groups that can help a beginning quilter.

relies upon on the place you're occurring the two components of city. there are specific aspects i does not circulate in on the South area. i does not circulate in Roseland (111th & Michigan section), Englewood, Bridgeport, King Dr. between 67th & forty third - easily that's type of spotty. i'm not that acquainted with the West area. ok-city i understand is undesirable section, some aspects of Austin, everywhere down Pulaski between twenty 2d & North highway. Why do you ask?

A dog should be trained on how to eat, walk with you, not to bark, potty training and sleep on its place etc. You can teach anything to your puppy, dogs get trained easily with some good instructions. If you want some good training tips visit https://tr.im/chP70
If properly trained, they should also understand whistle and gesture equivalents for all the relevant commands, e.g. short whistle or finger raised sit, long whistle or flat hand lay down, and so on.
It's important that they also get gestures and whistles as voice may not be sufficient over long distances and under certain circumstances.

join some of yahoo's quilting groups, and post your question there...i belong to some, and they have been a huge help

but u should do a search on those groups and it should give u some info that is useful , if not to find one directly also to help u find a way to find one.
