You can't make a girl ready for dating. It doesn't work that way. You can try being her friend, be there for her. Eventually she will be ready.

You have to keep complimenting her on her looks. When she knows that you think she's hot, you have to tell her you like her personality because she's not like most other girls. While she's feeling special you have to get her phone number. If she gives you her phone number you know she likes you. After that it's all clock work.

Well...talk to her first. Gotta me sure she trusts ya before going out with you. Tell her sweet things, compliment her..ect. But most of all do NOT force her or pressure her to go out or it'll never happen!
