The Red Cross asks the pregnancy questions more because of concerns about your health and your baby's health than because blood from a pregnant woman can actually hurt anyone, but I would still call the number they gave you on your post-donation information and make the Red Cross aware of it, and definitely tell your doctor as (s)he is in a position to tell you if anything needs to be done about the fact you donated blood.

YOu have nothing to be worried about. Your volume has already restored to the point when you donated it. They always tell pregnant women not to donate blood because they don't want to add risk to the pregnancy.. but you are completely fine.

As long as your blood is pure and clean of all possible health and disease issues then there should be no concern as long as you kept the amount of blood donated at a relatively low amount.

Nope. Better to give than receive. You made that blood back quickly.
There's more important things to concern yourself with. Have a wonderful baby-

well, yes and no. yes because it puts you back a pint of blood and you don't ever want to deprive a fetus it's blood supply. no because there is nothing you can do about it now. the damage (not literally) is done. talk to your doctor, though i am not sure if there is anything you can do

About the blood? No. But you should have at least some concern about pregnancy!

No, if you read the questions asked by the blood bank they don't care if you are pregnant.

No, but you can be proud of yourself in two ways.
Congratulations for giving blood and for becoming pregnant.
