Web site, or store. I can't afford to spend the big $$$ that BSA asks for online, or at our local Scout Office. I need Men's Medium, short-sleeved shirt, and pants 31-32W x 32L, and shorts 31-32W. Any web site exchange boards?

Some councils run a uniform exchange, and some units within councils do as well- your local Scout office should know.
The only on-line one I knew of was an Alaskan troop that did it for a while, but I can't seem to locate it anymore.
One other hint is to go to a Roundtable or the local district leaders meetings and ask there- you'll find cool stuff there!
I understand that eBay and thrift stores are usually terrible sources for this!
