Jason, you are the biggest moron in the world, this question can be answered in a thousand ways because of the complexity of different technologies that are available now that were non existence back then, so why do you say yes you imbecile without giving hard facts.

sure they could. Maybe little stuff like the radio and dashboard probably would've been different due to the technology of then, but sure, they could've.

Maybe design but not make. You have to remember Leonardo De Venci I believe invented the Helicopter back in the 1500 or 1600s but lacked the materials to make it. My history may be off but that story has truth to it.
