yes you can... make it available offline from IE... that should download the site with pictures and link.. or you can look at the source code and save that as a txt.. you can also use an offline browser

You can use MS Frontpage. There's a function there that asks to either point to your new project file or enter the URL. You enter the URL (ie "www.yahoo.com"). It will then prompt you to either just download the initial page or the number of levels of links it will download (ie...links to links to links). This could potentially be huge if these pages include links to forums or generic websites (that contains thousands and thousands of links) on the bottom so be careful.
