He's a demented character from "Aqua Teen Hunger Force", a reincarnated rapper spider (ok he's a cow in this one) who's trying to get a whole bunch of garbage for some reason.

MC Pee Pants is a recuring character in the Adult Swim Show "aqua teen hunger force". he is rapper that is alway cooking up some stupid sceem or another. he keeps getting reincarnated and sent back to earth to try to get it right. hes been an old man, a cow and a giant spider and he always has a diaper on no matter his form and his voice is always the same. meatwad is his biggest fan.
