I am 33 weeks pregnant with a boy. In the past 2 weeks I have started feeling him lay on one side(my right) and he's right under my ribs. Sometimes I can hardly catch my breath. But, the past three days I have had a spot on my left side of my belly that is tender, like a bruise with no color. It's about the size of a quarter or a little bigger. Sometimes it's there and sometimes it's not. And, I know it's not the baby because he is head down and on my right. Any ideas?

It could be the little guys heel of his foot pressing out as far as he can. While it may be sore and tender for you, he is likely comfortable and will not give you relief til he comes out.
I'm 31 weeks and having some of the same issues, but have done this a couple times so I kinda know what to expect.
Don't fret...those little buggers come out before they actually kill you!
Try gently rubbing the spot with soft pressure, as you can take it. He will likely move his foot, if that is indeed what you are feeling.

Don't know what it is but I wouldn't worry too much about it. If it's not there all the time he is probably just making you tender in certain areas.

Hopefully you are in prenatal care. Ask your doctor.
