I'd ask them if they're looking to buy the property, but its not for sale. Then give them 8 minuites 2 get in their car, and never come back. Tell them if they come back or doesn't leave within the 8minuites, call the police. Then go inside and get a security for your land. a gate, few camera's, yup u kno the works. Or if ur a chunky guy, yea go with my plan. If ur small or a female, 911 needs 2 be called.

Actually this happened to us a couple months ago. We'd notice a car parked outside usually for about 1/2 an hour at a time with someone sitting in it. It happened like 5 times so one time my Dad took the Dog out with him and Got the guys liscence number....it hasn't been back since.

For sure call the cops! I would also get a good description of the person and the vehicle, including the license plate if possible, just in case he pulled away before the cops came. Unfortunatley, I tend to let my anger get the best of me, and this situation would probably piss me off. So, I'm guessing that I would go outside and stare him/her down, even though that's probably not the best course of action ( I don't recommend it).

I'd pull my car out of the driveway and park right in front of them, facing them, with the high-beams on, until they came to ask me what I was doing.

I would not over react, but if they were not there more then 15 min. and looking at your home. Let it go and don't over react. Maybe call a neighbor.
But if you feel you are in danger, call the police.

I'd call the police and tell them that their 'inconspicuous' stake-out is more conspicuous than they think. I'd also tell them that if they want to know something, they can just ask. I have nothing to hide.
