It's not just rape but every crime! A few times....maybe! But most of us either know someone, or know of someone, that paid a price the very first time they.....drink and drive, rob a store, use drugs. Just fill in the blank. This victim should realise that her whole life is not destroyed by this sob. I'm not being heartless here. Don't give that person the power to destroy your entire life! He really can't do that you know. It's all in the way the victim decides to feel about it.

Unfortunatly sometimes they do. They say the girl "said yes", and that it was consentual. However, if more girls were informed better, and took the necessary steps right away, i think more guys would face the punishment. It needs to be reported immediatly, she should not shower, and needs to be VERY correct in the answers she gives. I think alot of it is a matter of evidence. If the evidence is in place, and it is reported, alot more can happen.

Yeah cause they get like 2 years woopty doo!those poor girls go through so much crap emotionally!and can never really trust guys!and for those who go to jail they get to play basketball and excersize and play games and stuff jail doesn't seem hard enouph there shouldn't be all that fun stuff for some crimes like that especially tv!man I think most do get away with it!but God knows so when judgment day comes there going to get it!

i think most of the guys who do rape girls get away with because of laws are not that hard on them. they usually get like a few years and parol which is really horrible to know.

Unfortunately sometimes they get away. It's really up to the victim to speak up, and report the crime to the police. Then a good prosecutor has to take it all the way during trial.

Depends. Some girls say something, most don't. Even the ones who do speak up have to go through the legal system which isn't always just.
