There are 3 from your list that I figure are underappreciated or undiscovered I would agree with.
Underappreciated: Jackopierce (they are good chill music) and Ray LaMontagne (while his songs have made it on a few movies, his voice is amazing..and many don't know it.
Undiscovered: Cowboy Mouth (the OLD lineup that included Savoy). When I first saw this band in 2001 I was amazed at how good and what a good time they were (My husband, (was boyfriend at the time) had seen them countless times out in the South so encouraged us to go see them when they came here to Colo. They are a great jam band. Hard not to have a good time when Freddy is at the helm. And Paul and JTG are great guitar players.
