Through a friendship and attraction.
The girl I like I met 3 years ago and I've fallen for her. Mostly her personality and her simple quirks. Just small things about her that are cute.
I am not going to get into that, but yeah. Mostly its because of personality and if you are friends with them, that is a plus.

beauty is the first thing that actracts a guy to a girl. most men go after beautiful gals. so it is beauty guys fall for, not behavior. but if a gal is beautiful and the guy later finds out that her behavior is not so good, he might run away!

Men are creatures of vision. They feel through their eyes. Beauty is 99% of the equation. No matter how nice a girl is, she better have something going on on the outside or else. It is great when beauty also has brains, but mainly it is based on her outer appearance. That is why men don't listen welll to women. They want to see it not hear it. A woman can get her way with a man if she puts on something sexy and dances around in front of him taunting him with sex. The more you do it, the more in love he is with you.
One thing to remember is that beauty is in the eye of the beholder. That is even true for men. Once again..in the EYE of the beholder.

most guys fall for the gals who have a big booty and big boobs and are slender (skinny) most guys also turn to girls who speak a different language (s), because when they are with their friends they can tell their gf to cuss some one out in an other language, so guys trun to girls who speak english and maybe another language when i talk with guys and they are saying something that i dont like or understand i just say idont understand in spanish! and that really turns them on to be with me

most guys like women who are smart, and funny, and have a beautiful heart. How a woman holds themselves is what makes them beautiful and attractive on the outside.

ya see i think guys start to talk to girl cuz of thier body thats first next is thier beauty then thier personality. thats what i think my boyfriend looked at me first because of my personality then my beauty.

looks are usually a first but it is when they open their mouths that determines weather or not to keep em, goes for guys and girls!
