They tend to spend like literally 5 hour days in the gym. I mean, when they're not on a shoot or something, keeping their body looking perfect is their day job. Also, as they get close to a shoot they tend to go on very extreme lo cal no carb diets and even fast on the days of the shoots. Oh, and with print of course there is lots of airbrushing to help them.

personal trainers & some have their own cooks, ya know just cuz they have a lot of money doesnt make them any less human then the other people on this planet, ya know sometimes it makes me sick, they have people come in & do stuff that we, normal citizens have to do when they make a big deal abotu it, its like just grow up & do it ur self!

Just like everyone else. They exercise. Of course, some of them can spend thousands on liposuction and all that nonsense.
