men and women are designed to compliment each other and in this they make eachother stronger and do much more than they could do alone.
This idea of men and women being absolutely equal is an idea that has weakened the family and thus weakened society in general.

Of course not. Somewhere in our lost society we thought that this was true though, and so we allowed the stupid people the opportunity to own all the things and have all the jobs the smart people do. This has lead to people pouring motor oil down the gutter and polluting our creeks. Stupid people have messed up little gadgets and failed to push the right buttons and have tried to turn a forklift around on a slope too many times, leading to who knows how many chemical spills and blown up things. Way back in the day there wasn't much the human species could do to REALLY mess with the Earth, but as we've advanced ourselves we've also burdened ourselves with more responsibilities... and we're as reckless as ever.

It does not say that in the Bible.
It states it in the constitution. That is why employers must create a working environment which gives handicapped people an advantage over their disability so they can be as productive as a full-function employee. It is the handicapped person's constitutional right as it was writen over 200 years ago.
