i don't know about famous, ubt a good way to make your blog well-read consistently is to make acquaintances on places like yahoo answers. invite them to your blog, or set up a link (like you have done) to make it easy for them to find you at their leisure. i'd urge you to set up a blog on yahoo (have you tried their 360 service yet?) so as to make it even easier for them to link with you from answers.
as in the real world, it's all about the connections you make. people with like interests will be interested in the things that you have to say in your blogs, and they'll check in with you regularly. and do not forget to do your part of the bargain, and return the favor!
