I have this little bump on my nose with a light dot on it and it is hardly noticable, according to my friends and family, but it bugs me knowing it is there and i have an appoitment made for it to be removed in about 2 months or less. I am just wondering, for those people who had it removed, if it takes awhile for it to heal or how long to be exact? i am scared to the fact that it may scar and look worst than before. well thanks.

love,
amanda

A scab usually will develop, and then heal within a week or two. Also any redness that occurs will disappear within two to four weeks. Most scars that do appear slowly fade over time

once you've the mole got rid of, many of the time a lab on the dermatologist's workplace will try the mole for most cancers. in the experience that they see any wonderful cells, then they are going to get rid of more advantageous of the tissue appropriate to the position the mole became, and then try that tissue. they save doing this until eventually the tissue is sparkling of wonderful cells. (except you're purely having this got rid of for beauty applications.) once got rid of, a stitch or 2 will be needed. A scab will form, about the dimensions of the circumference of the mole, and then a tiny scar will be left in the back of for most months...yet will gradually develop right into a lot less noticeable. Takes about 2-3 weeks to heal completely in the experience that they don't discover something incorrect with the cells.

I had a mole removed on my back, and in two weeks it was healed. Probably three weeks to be rid of a little scab.

well the one on my back took about a month and I know a girl who had one on her face removed and it took about a month as well. And hers really didn't scar to bad, but mine is white. Thank god it's where no one can see it.

Sadly enough it could take up to 18 months to fully heal.

Moles happen to be unattractive growths upon our skin. These may get extracted through surgical procedure, or better yet through many home cures.

Surgery treatment is expensive, being anywhere from around $150-400 and could bring about scarring. Do-it-yourself solutions happen to be low-cost and even may exterminate unnattractive moles within only a couple of days while not leaving scarring.

Home cures may inlcude garlic, cumin seeds, or perhaps fresh pineapple juice applied for a small period.
