tia_juan_forver is totaly correct. I agree with what he said. I did not ask this question because i want to be like everyone else. I asked simply cus i was curious. I like to have my own style and i dress modest even though it's almost impossible to find anythng decent.

Casual wear. for the guys Muscle fit Tees and low rise boot cut jeans. Check what everyone is wearing these days Abercrombie & Fitch and Hollister Co. No sense of individuality. Everyone looks the same.

Everybody is wearing the four most popular stores right now- Hollister, American Eagle, Abercrombie and Fitch, and Aeropostale. Even a simple t-shirt from Hollister will get you noticed by others.

hey.. im actually a fashion major. Here's a great outfit:
Big round sunglasses [kept on your head.. but if its sunny, sure wear them] with a top with a simple design .. most likely vintage floral, or a beachy look [shells, beads, etc.]... with a matching jacket/blazer.. you don't have to.. but it adds.. a pair of jeans that fits you great.. and cute shoes.. either tiny heels, flats, or sandals.
Also, i know it sounds weird, but plaid shorts.. try not to pick such a vibrant color though, and match it with a solid, matching top.
some GREAT/well known stores are: H&M, Forever 21, Hollister, American Eagle, Charlotte Russe, and Abercrombie... good luck =] .. just ask if u have any other questions, i'll be happy to help.

Omg...if you are asking this so you can then start dressing like everyone else then you have no mind of your own. Why do people want to "go with the flow"? I can tell some of the styles I hate. I hate those baggy pants on guys! It looks like they took a crap in their pants! They walk like ducks and they are always pulling their pants up because they keep falling down. I hate girls who wear clothes that reveal like mostly everything, like miniskirts. Why do girls want to look like sluts? Do you all like to be seen as sluts? Then you wonder why guys don't treat you with respect....it is because of they way you dress! Listen, just wear what is comfortable FOR YOU, you don't have to try to wear what everyone else is wearing.

A&F, Hollister, AE, and PacSun are 100% out of style and over used....
for this summer leggings, skinny leg jeans, eyelet, white, straw bags, fitted bermudas, and a classic summer knit dress
for fall the new look is 70's inspired hippie, biker chick (see current issues of Viogue or InStyle)
