This situation cannot be answered from those few words.
I will try to explain the understanding i am getting.
Your ex and you broke up. How you broke up and what happened holds part of the reason your asking this question. Is he with another girl? maybe he wasn't happy with the relationship and that's why he doesn't want anything but sex. Sex can confuse a break up. I suggest not giving him sex. If he is interested it shouldn't matter. Take it slow and find out if you have a relationship going still or just a friend with benefits.
Remember ALL! If your posting a question about how insensitive guys are then you need to change your prospect list!

if that is the only time he acts like he cares, then it is ALL he cares about. I agree with the other comments.
It is hard to know the difference, but rushing into a sexual relationship is never going to give you a clear picture. Wait, you might look back one day and be proud of yourself. If he likes you for you, he will stick around and get to know you as a person. Don't be so quick to please other people, don't have sex with him just because he wants to or so he will like you. If he likes you he will like you for YOU, not whats under your skirt or what you let him do to you.

You've just answered your own question. Put your feelings aside and evaluate his statements for factualness. Does he say that he loves spending time with you? Well, where is he when he's not horny? Does he say that he wants to give you the world? Well, why can't the world start with a minimum wage paycheck? Does he say you're the sexiest girl ever? Then why doesn't he still have his claim on you?
Fakers are really pretty obvious when you apply this method.

Kissing is the number one way to tell. If they like to kiss you all the time then they care for you. If they have sex with you but don't kiss then forget it. Also you answered your own question--our only quality time is when we have sex. Does he call you just to say goodnight? Does he call you when he wakes up? If he does then it shows that he goes to sleep with you on his mind and wakes up the same way. If he doesn't then its a red flag.

simple. thats exactly it dumb fk. the way to know is... if he says that stuff... and that night hes bangin you. then wont say **** too often, then says it and a couple hours later there you go headboard bangin again.
The signs you see... yeah, they're real. What you want to believe in your silly imaginative head makes you have doubts and kind of sick in the stomach. Yeah... the truth makes you sick. But you try and hide it and cover it. That makes you sicker.

Be honest such as her! If she does compared to him anymore she will be able to no longer care. there is not any favor of her staying with a boy she does no longer look after anymore a minimum of as a boyfriend. She might want to no longer lead him on! That way she will be at liberty with the boy she likes and also you'd be at liberty with the boy you want! :) refer to her verbal replace is the foremost to any good courting. good success and that i wish each little thing works out!

you can tell if a guy really cares for you just by looking at him. if you're questioning his sincerity, that's probably a bad sign and i'm sure you deserve better than someone who only knows how to give you a good time in the bedroom.
You deserve dates and trips to the beach and romantic candlelit dinners. My man and I had del taco by candlelight the other night. It was the sweetest thing ever.
