when your current lover/husband starts to act like a jerk or can't *get the deed done* anymore, Then it is just a waste of time and frustration.
so.............I guess never if with the right guy or conditions!

It really determines on the person because different types of thing in a women life can decrease a women libido hormones, stress, etc but it never just depletes

That depends specifically on the person and what their bodies doing. But the libido never has to deplete at all.

A decrease in estrogen causes changes in the female body. It can cause atrophy or "shriveling" of the lining of the vagina and cause decreased libido and painful intercourse.
