The optimum word used was BUY to determine if it was legal. The legal implications that you have to concern yourself with would be in filing your taxes. You must file all taxable income. See your CPA, or contact the IRS. If you make so much money in a year, you must declare that so you won't get into any LEGAL trouble. And trust me, they will find out. As to what license that would be needed, I'm not sure. It would seem that if you are purchasing to sell; (intent), you would need a vendor's license.

No, not illegal, but you may stand to lose money, or at least have a hard time selling the ones you buy, if they aren't that scarce. But if you are capable of playing all 10 simultaneously, by all means go for it.

No, it is not illegal. You may get into trouble regarding sales tax etc within your state (if you collect it and don't pay the state), but otherwise people do it all the time! Be aware that if there is no shortage of them, you will not be able to make much of a profit.

Anyone is free to buy and sell things on eBay as long as eBay will allow and it's not illegal (drugs, your kidney).
Question is whether or not you need to declare any profit as taxable income. On a small scale probably not.
Why do you think you COULD make a profit on them?

you should diversify your portfolio with PS3's and XBox 360's. In those economically attempting circumstances that isn't any longer sensible to positioned all of your chickens in a unmarried basket. <----dated an Economics significant 12 years in the past so i'm fairly effective that makes me an expert.

It's not illegal. But I don't think you'll be able to get your hands on 10 of them.

It would be legal, as soon as you pay for them they are your property, it would be no different from buying ten lamps and putting them on ebay.
