If you visit the official - repeat, official -websites of your favorite celebrities, many of them have a link where you can send fan e-mail. I think it probably just depends on the particular celebrity whether they actually read or answer their e-mails.

A lot of celebrities have there own websites or you can begin searching for a particular celebrity and see what you can find from there. I would think you might be able to find what you need that way. You will find the official fan clubs through those sites as well.
I know some sites have message boards too and the celebrities or bands, musicians will actually post information and responses.

hey u can try google for searchin for 'real' fan clubs...u'll find cool ones lyk i did too..nd as for rytin to da celebrities of ur choice...official websites of da stars always have sum link or sth similar to send a msg or evn post a msg for da star on da website itself..so have fun ..n enjoy!!
