have them executed no doubt. Some say it costs more to have them executed than it does to have them in jail forever. The last time I checked a rope or a bullet doesn't cost too much. Besides, knowing the America's system, he would most likely get out on parole and kill another person. Also, for someone to say "Killing is not the way, give them a second chance," lets see what those people would think if it was one of their family members getting murdered.

I would have them executed, often in the same manner in which they murdered, so they could see what it was like as they died.
We have too many people in our jails as it is and we don't need more.
On the other hand there are people wrongly convicted of murder sometimes and I wouldn't want to kill innocent people, so its a very hard question to seriously answer.
Now if there was no shadow of a doubt that the person was the murderer, then yeah kill him.. other than that.. its hard to say.

Has anyone really seen the inside of a jail. Send them to Arizona to wear pink panties in the desert. Arizona has a jail without all the amenities of a fine hotel: cable, hot showers, etc...

it really all depends on the situation. If there were children involved then I think, send them to jail for the rest of their life is suitable because they should have to think about what they did. Putting them to death is an easy out.

Neither - government testing facility - a murderer gives up all civil rights when they take the life of another human being because they obviously have no regard for it. I say make the f*****s lab rats to test new drugs that will help cure diseases.
Gotta make sure they are really guilty, though. 100% guilty.

Jail for life, and not a nice place either but a REAL jail. Of course, if they murdered me, I couldn't do much about it.

Well, the eye-for-an-eye concept is kind of becoming outdated. I don't think they should be allowed to mingle with the public again, but it's slightly hypocritical to condemn killing by killing. If killing is morally and spiritually wrong, then we should live by our teachings. Life in prison is no cake walk - it's not letting them go off scott free - and it's a step better than stooping to a lower level.

it depends on how they kill the person if it is out of so called love then yes or if it is out of rage then yes but if the person is crazy then no if the person is out for revenge then no because they should die years later in jail and just a painful death btu if it is strictly emotion then yes because emotions can be tamed but an unbalance of the brain is not and has to be trained so emotion should die and crazy should not butif it is to protect then that changes everything and then the answe is no
