NO! A partia; hysterectomy involves removal of the uterus which is where a baby is carried until delivery. You would no longer have a uterus or a cervix

No, if you do not have a uterus, you cannot get pregnant.

Some women will test positive on a pregnancy test after a partial hysterectomy, while adjusting to the hormones, so I've heard, but I do not know if that is factual or not.

First of all, this is something they discussed with you prior to the partial hyster. Just like all the other answers, you definitely need a uterus to carry a baby.

I don't think so. Isn't your womb gone? There would not be a place for a baby to grow. If you get pregnant it would be a tubal pregnancy and that can be deadly. This is a question you definitely need to ask your doctor.
