Imagine for a moment your arthritis completely vanishing right now.
If, in a moment, your pain and stiffness melted away. And your joints all of a sudden functioned like a well-oiled machine.
Like a magic wand was waived, you'd be able to jump up from your chair and run around the room like a kid.
And imagine that you'd never have to suffer as much as a pinch of arthritis stiffness or pain ever again.
I know this sounds impossible right now, but bear with me, because sometimes miracles happen.
It was a gift from a woman on the other side of the world. From the kindness of her heart, she took pity on my suffering and taught me how to completely reverse my arthritis.
Today, I want to do the same for you!

I'm just now getting around to nutritional supplements to treat my FMS, but I also take 800 mg. of naproxen (Aleve) and a 1000-mg. flaxseed oil capsule every night at bedtime, and Arnica tablets (a homeopathic herb) as needed for flareups.
I'll check out the magnesium maleate and other supplements.

I take glucosomine chondritin w/MSM and an herb called cats claw (Una d'gato). I have both conditions you ask about. the combo workd well fo me. I am very inpressed with the cats claw which is an anti-inflammatory, repairs joints and enhances the immune system. I was placed on disability in92 because of deteriationg back and hips and also had fibrmyalgia. I've back working since 2000 and x-rays and MRI has shown my back and hips in good shape. I still have some pain at times, usually from over exertion, but a heating pad takes care of that.

I have only ever heard of one that gives good results and that is extract from green lipped mussels. No I am not joking or winding you up. This was first produced for dogs after good results in tests. Now there is a special one for humans. Ask your doctor or a good herbalist about it.

~~~Goji Juice is a wonderful anti-inflammatory and has really made a difference for me. It has taken away the migraines and given me more energy. It is safe and easy to drink...yummy...i take 2-4 ounces a day everyday. If i start to feel pain or a migraine starting I drink 4 ounces right away. This really works...take a peek at the info on www.4healthyfreedom.com. I work in a very busy health food store and hear many positive reports on this amazing juice. THE HIMALAYAN GOJI BERRY IS AWESOME....the juice is made from this fruit grown in the Himalayas where it is eaten daily. It has been studied by Dr. Mindell who has been a pharmacist for 40 years and is world renowned. It is sooo worth checking out!! BE WELL!!~~~
A friend of ours at church has Fibro Myalgia. She has been taking a natural product called Reliv for a few months, and is doing a lot better. It has been a tremendous blessing in our lives as well. If you would like more information, you can email us at worknman73@yahoo.com
Many Doctors are using Himilayan Goji Juice to treat their patients with those illnesses. They are auto-immune dysfunctions and goji is an adaptogen which works for this. It is the only functional juice on the market with medical validation including 72 clinical studies on pubmed.org under Lycium Barbarum. Dr. Anthony Martin, author of "What your doctors don't know may be killing you" treats his osteo and fibro patients with this. He said he doesn't want to say it's a cure but his patients feel 100% better.
Goji is full of phyto-nutrients and flavenoids which reduce free radicals, acid, inflammation and create energy.
This was developed by Dr. Earl Mindell, author of The Vitamin Bible who says goji can rapidly change your blood to alkalinity to acidity.
Osteo-arthritis is one of the few types of arthritis. A pharmacist and my doctor both tell me that taking a multivitamin with calcium (for women iron might also be a concern) and another vitamin called calcium carbonate plus vitamin D. The reason for not only relying on taking just a multivitamin with calcium is that it is not enough. And for taking a vitamin calcium plus vitamin D is because vitamin D helps the calcium absorb into your bones.
If you are around the age of 30 and under you can should intake 1000 mg of calcium. So check your multivitamin to see the mg. The combination of both multivitamin and calcium plus vitamin D should equal this. Also if the intake is more than 1 tablet you should also take the additional calcium later in the day so your body can absorb it. Do not take more than one pill at once because your body will absorb it all at once and later in the day won't be in your system.
For women in their 40's should have an intake around 1500 mg. In this case is the bottle says 500mg your need to take 3 pills a day and make sure to break it up into 3 times a day.
Also free weights also help increase your bone density and strenthens them which helps protect your bones from becoming frail and brittle.
I do have arthritis but I haven't had a flare up since I was 25 and I am now 37yrs. I sometimes have pain when there's more moisture in the air (rain) but it lasts like a couple seconds and is gone.
