I would kind of guess that that all depends on your current financial situation. If you are broke, you may need to take on more risk (so maybe you can get to work tomorrow, etc.,) where as if you are a wealthy women, you sit in your car and call your tow service. I hope
I don't seem cold, but just trying to be realistic. Remember SAFETY FIRST no matter what your sittuation is.

Depends. I've accepted when I needed it, and turned it down with gracious thanks when I didn't (like, say, I was just taking the car down off the jack after changing the tire). But there's never a reason to be rude about it, either way.

That depends. If it was at night or on a remote road, no. If it was on a busy street, yes. I know, we can get kidnapped & raped, but that can happen anytime, anywhere. But if I felt he was just creepy or had a bad feeling, I would just have him call a tow truck or the police & wait for them instead.
