There are stars in some, but not all of the photos.
Strong lighting causes the stars to get underexposed, and that is why you can't see them.
If you have any reason to doubt our landing on the moon ask the Russians (Who had their own lunar program) if they believe it. They had many spies, and would have benefited greatly if the moon landing was in fact a hoax.

There are no stars visible in many pictures because the reflection off the astronaut's suits from the sun (remember, here, the sun is not obscurred by an atmosphere) blots out the faint light of the stars.
If we faked the landings, why did we do it six times? And how did we convince the army of scientists, engineers, technicians, and laborers it took to do it to remain queit this whole time without even a hint of a leak?
I understand that there are those who would like to believe that we as humans are not capable of such great hieghts of intellect as would take us beyond our ouwn planet. There are those who shun science and technology in favor of animism, aphorisms, and folk-wisdom. I can only say to you something that my physics professor, and later graduate studies advisor, was fond of saying, "Once again, Science and Industry vanquishes the forces of Ignorance and Superstition".

That you could even ask that question tells me of your limited education. Spend less time playing with your Game Boy and more time reading
You're a reminder of the people, as late as the sixties, who still believed the earth was flat due to their lack of education.
Men landing on the moon is now simply old history.

Seeing stars while you're in orbit is a hollywood thing. Who wants to see a black background on tv? So the lack of stars when astronauts on the scene is perfectly normal.

There are so many questions about this, but anyone with half a brain can deduce that it really happened. And if you have a whole brain, you wouldn't have to ask.
