it's a spyware... the worst scenario is create a new account (if you can creat a new account, I mean if it's not affected by the spyware) transfer all of you data there...

Well if u have important data then trying backing up your data on removal devices such Cd/DVD or USB hard-drive.Then reformat your C drive load Windows Service Pack2, and load AVG Free Edition, Create a Restore Point for your System.

Since your using a different computer you can go here and print this page. Follow the instructions and procedure. Instead of using the AS programs she lists use your AV program. You will have to do all the opening of hidden files in Safe Mode.

Safe mode is the best, If that doesn't help, a pro. might. If worst comes to worst, you can always reinstall Windows.

try safe mode, thats the only way to go I can think of, if that doesnt work then may b u need to call dell, they have good tech supprt.

yes i had the same thing tap F11 until it beeps then type your pass im an computer expert and thats what i did
