California Driver's license test?

California Driver's license test?

Carmichael DMV, Sacramento, CA, USA. In general, what do you have to do in the test? Do you i.e. drive around the area, back up straight, weave around cones, identify parts of the car. Can anyone give me a list of the portions of the test?

I took my test in San Mateo, CA. I drove around the area with left & right turns, changed lanes & backed up straight, I think that was pretty much it.

do you have a parent helping you get your liscense? If so, just have them sign the waiver thing and you wont even have to take the test...thats what mine did.
