Heat rash, eczema, or perhaps an allergic reaction to some chemical or other. If it doesn't go away within a week, see a dermatologist.

Could be exema especially if you live in a dry climate. Try lots of lotion and if there is no improvement in a week, see your dr for treatment. Good luck

maybe heat rash
