I don't recall a "skip mission" cheat, but if he's having trouble doing a particular mission, tell him to try the "slow time" cheat... it worked wonders for me on some of the tougher ones, like stealing the harrier jet, that took me quite a few tries.

i don't think there's cheats to skip the missions. there are cheats to help him do the missions. why would he skip the missions anyway? isn't it the whole point of playing the game?
