i have a car title in my name no liens & filing chapter 7 its finance but title was sent to me would that hold

could i keep the car and not pay it since the title is in my name just curious going through chapter 7 and looking at all my options

If for some strange reason the financier, turned over the title, and there is no lien, you could pull that off....go to the DAV and ask if the title is legit...ask your lawyer...would really love to see you win that one.

Patti, as long as you hold the title, don't worry. it cant be repossed.. you own it outright
