i want to masterbate during my period and I always have a tampon in. is it alright?

Did nobody read this question? I'm guessing you're pretty young and just starting to use tampons. Maybe? Yes, you can safely masturbate with it in. It will not "get sucked up there" or anything weird. Your internal muscles will give it a good squeeze, but that's all. Also, you're not strange. Tons of women get the "itch" at that time of the month due to hormonal shifts etc., but aren't really into sloppy sex. Good question!

I assume you could most probably masturbate with many different objects of your choice..just make sure that they are sterile or clean and won't cause any damage to your vaginal tissue... I guess a tampon would at least be clean... but there are actual devices made for this purpose, you should seriously consider shopping for a few toys, that way you won't have to worry about using something that could potentially be unsafe or give you an infection from bacteria... Don't see a problem with it. However I would immediately change the tampon after masturbation. One because of the discomfort. Two so you don't have extra secretions just lingering around in there.

I can't see any reason why not so long as you are careful. I would however suggest trying in the shower first. I get that itch at any time of the month and since my husband and I don't have sex very often right now because of the heat, the detatchable adjustable shower head works just fine for me.

That's twisted.. but if you like it, go for it!! Whatever gets the job done works for me! It wouldn't hurt to invest in a real sex toy though..vibrator..you would enjoy masturbation + sex without wasting tampons.
