Depends if it was gossip no, if it was none of my business, no. I would only tell if it meant helping my friend and not hurting her. It has been my experience that generally when you tell someone something that they really don't want to know you risk the chance of loosing a friend. So you make the call and follow what your gut tells you, just don't be surprised if it does not turn out the way you in vision it will.

Generally, no. If I knew something about somebody I wouldn't tell somebody else.

Depends on what the person did. However, my general rule is not to tell things about anyone because I wouldn't want someone to do that to me.

Now, if they killed someone or something crazy big like that, you might want to go ahead and tell..

they say that if you tell something to someone he would surely tell it to a person or two. if a person tells me something and asks me not to tell others, i surely won't tell anyone, because that person trusted me by telling me a personal info of himself. i wouldn't want to break that trust. whether or not she/he asks me not to tell anyone, if the info is too personal i should just keep it too myself. but if it is something public and i wasn't asked to keep it secret then again i could tell others i guess. also, if you hear information about someone from others, don't tell anyone because you might be blamed if the info or gossip spills all out to public. so, be careful whom you entrust your personal stuff, ok! :)

if it was something that needed to be told, I would. If its just something trivial that won't affect things, I wouldn't worry about it.

If it's illegal, tell. If not, I'd say no. Just depends on who gets hurt.
