and how often should we get our eyebrows and nails groomed.....how muscular should we get...and chest hair or not...

You should get new clothes either when you feel like it or when your old stuff is ripped, faded or too small. I hate when guys are too into clothing trends. Eyebrows and nails, leave that to the women. As for chest hair, I prefer without but if you are naturally hairy embrace it. Oh, and don't get too muscular but toned is nice.
