Nope. They do drink constantly, however. And they urinate, too!

Freshwater fish get water through osmosis and do not actively drink the water. Saltwater fish actively drink the water and expell the salt through their gills. Even if fish could feel thirst, they wouldn't have the chance to feel it because the freshwater fish cannot help but to absorb water and the saltwater fish never stop drinking the water. You would have to stop absorbing/drinking water in order to feel thrist in the first place. Therefore, your answer is " No."

I would think not seeing how they are in water all the time but then again I am not a fish and not sure how a fish thinks so i could be wrong

I don't think so and if they are really thirsty, they can consume some water from the place they are living in when they breath or eat

Yes, fish can get thirsty, but they get their fill when the eat because they are ingesting water, air, and the food.

when your body gets (thirsty) dehydrated , you replenish with fluids (water , etc)!
but since fish is constantly hydrated (in water) ......i would think No, fish dont get thirsty !
