I am overweight, but not sickening?

hey, do nothing about your weight okay. I have been married for almost 14 years. When was young, I wanted to go out with the skinny girl. which i have, but they dump me for no reason. Well, when i found my wife I have now. She wasn't skinny, but she was not ugly either. she was a little overweight, but I still love her no matter what. I know their is some guys that just want a skinny gals. If they just want a skinny gal, they got a problem. The overweight couple have a better marriage than the skinny couple do. Just don't go by the looks, go by the good heart. I myself was very skinny, before i got married,and was bad underweight, but now since i got married, i have gain, and got bigger, but not too fat at all. I am always doing something very active. so remember the overweight is nothing to be shame off. if he don't like you cause you are overweight, then he is no good.

Men do seem to be pulling away from the supermodel image society imposes on women. It's starting to become acceptable to not be toothpick thin, even though clothing stores haven't seemed to realize this yet, and keep categorizing me as a plus, which I'm really not. My man he loves me how I am, but fully supports my desire to lose some weight. I'm a little overweight, but it's not a health-risk, and I still get stares in malls and such.
Of course, you'll always run across the one guy who has no respect for women and inisits that skinny = beautiful, but don't ever let that creep get you down. He's not worth it anyway.

some men do and some do not... but if they cannot accept you for the way that you are you really do not need him in the first place...but some fat old ugly men still want model figure girls and why do they think they need that or should be so particular...but i have heard of men that wants overweight women to.. different men have different likes and desires....

I am 6 ft. and 178 pounds.. not small by anyones standards.. and I have never had a problem with "finding" men who are attracted to me. It has nothing to do with your actual physical attributes (or lack thereof) it is about attitude and self image... a woman who is confident and easy with her own body will portray this to rest of the world... when you are self conscious and insecure it is projected in to everything you do... so start with the inside if you are wanting to improve your chances of attracting a man worthy of the woman that you are. I have been overweight most of my life, and I have been married and had several boyfriends. Many guys *like* a girl with meat on the bones!!!

men like anything that they can poke at. Men like a chanllenge, the harder to get the better. your weight is never the issue it's your self esteem and confidence. Don't lower your standards ever.
