I kind of met 2 famous people.
George Clinton and Trent Reznor.
The actualy stories are long but here's the short version. I was a cashier in college and waited on G.C ...he bought a couple of those super huge bath towels...this was at a Burlington Coat Factory's Linen dept..
And, a few years ago, I was at a hotel in Reznor's home town ( I live about 15 mins from where he grew up...) for a job conference and he was checking in while i was trying to find out where i was supposed to go.
Reznor is my favorite singer/musician and i was flipping out inside. I reallly ,really, really, wanted to talk to him but really, what could one say? I didn't want to say the same BS he's heard a billion times over and I was running late for my meeting. Incidentally, I'm going to his concert this weekend...yay!
I almost forgot! I also met Willie Nelson after a show. I"m not a fan really..just had a free ticket from some friends. It was a good show and of course, he was nice.

I met a Spurs basketball player when I was in elementary school in Texas, now referred to as the Ice Man #44. He was VERY tall, but super nice! I have also met one of the hosts of This Old House because my grandparent's own a window business and my grandpa was on the show, and at a Tucson Home Show I got to meet him and get my pic taken. He didn't say much, but he was friendly.
I really would love to meet Angelina Jolie and talk to her about her work with refugees and the UNHCR. I admire her so much!It would be a life long dream realized.

Yes I have met Imran Khan (the cricketer), Amitabh Bachchan, Sonali Bendre, Malika Arora, Sohail Khan, Faisal Kapadia and Bilal Maqsood (of the Pakistani Group Strings) and Haroon (also a Pakistani singer). They were all very nice although I must say that the women looked so different they were not as attractive at all and they were very short. I really want to meet Shahrukh.

The last famous person I met was Hugh Cornwell, who used to be frontman for The Stranglers. I went to a gig of his about two weeks ago as my husband is the hugest fan ever. He was signing books and CDs.
He was really nice. He signed all our stuff, including things we'd brought from home, not just bought at the gig, and gave us two free CDs. He posed for photos with us and said it was fine to take movies and photos of him while he was performing. He answered a couple of questions about his music. He shook hands with my husband and gave him a sort of semi-hug.
Definitely the most positive experience with a famous person I've encountered. A class act.

Jeff Goldblum - didn't talk very much
Julianne Moore - She was VERY nice. Firendly, smiley and talkative.
These people were all in the movie "Nine Months" which my Dad did electric work on the living rom set. I went with him and we got to meet some of the actors. Got all of their autographs. It was in San Francisco about 10 years ago. I was 7.

Met hundreds while living in Chicago for 6 years...My wife and I worked at a Celeb friendly restaurant so there was always SOMEONE in. Michael Jordan always paid cash, and gave a 100% tip. $300 tab? $300 tip. Keanu Reeves ate 3 dozen oysters in one sitting. Sarah Jessica and Matthew Broderick were very nice, but private. I even waited on the original Beauty...Fay Wray from the original King Kong...
I could go on and on...

I have met a few but the most memorable were Forrest Whitaker and Fred Durst.
I got to read lines for MR. Whitaker. He is the nicest man I have ever met. I was so scared to read in front of him and he just made it so easy and fun.
Fred Durst is an Ahole! That's all that needs to be said!
