Don't worry, as you get more points and get to higher levels you'll be able to ask and answer more and more questions. Just be patient.

Because you're still at level 1. Keep answering and your limit will go up to 40 per day, and then if you answer a lot more I think the limit is removed.

Because you don't have enough points, when you get to a level 2 it will go up to 40.

You earn the, er, right? to answer more questions by accumulating more points. I suppose in theory this motivates us to answer questions and to try and be helpful???

that's only a level one limit -- once you move up the limiots are raised
