Sometimes we do not realize the value of friendship until it has been gone a while.

1. The issue which caused the quarrel was not significant and both unspeakingly understood this, moved on and reunited.

2. #1 for the first friend and the second friend is just grateful to be reunited with the first, but still has issues.

3. Both are grateful to be reunited, but still harbor issues and will quarrel again....and again, probably.

4. If the issue was a big thing, then this is probably how they feed off each other.
