You have to decide if you are worth more than the gifts that your boyfriend buy for you! If you deserve more than that, than don't allow the gifts be a deciding factor in if you are going to continue this relationship.
If you care about the guy, let him know I am sure he would rather you tell him and you guys discuss where your relationship is headed than you sitting around thinking about cheating on him.
