You need to check out the rating of the seller. If the seller has been rated many times, and has nearly all positive ratings, I consider him or her to be trustworthy.

I am an avid buyer and seller on ebay. I have 100% positive feedback. This is what you want to look for when buying from another person. Make sure that they have a good feedback rating. The higher the rating the more transactions they have completed successfully. Ebay is a great place to find just about anything. I would highly recommend it. If you have more questions, you can refer to ebays help section. If you still ahve doubts, if you pay with paypal, they normally offer buyer protection.

I love ebay. I have went as far as buying a vehicle on there. No problems. You have already gotten the best advice. Check their feedback and then use your best judgement. You should also know the actual price of something (like if you were buying it in the store) b/c some people get so caught up in the bidding that they get things way overpriced. Ebay can be fun and most of the time a good deal. I enjoy it.......

Yeah, like people are saying, its really up to the seller, just be careful and know what you are buying and who you are buying it from. Ebay has some great deals to be found, but it also has tons of scammers looking for a quick buck. Also, if it seems too good of a deal to be true, it probably is.

My advise is "Buyer beware"! I have been burnt on ebay a couple of times. Make sure their feedback score is 100%, and check their feedback history!! Check if they have a guarantee, and file a complaint asap if not 100% satisfied. Sellers sometimes try to leave out little details about an item, then profess innocence.

Check feedback on the seller, and read the item description carefully. If the product comes faulty, then report them to ebay and they will help you out. I love ti, and haven't had any problems yet. They can't really take your money becuase there's a middle man who controls it, like Paypal. I trust them.

like the others say...check feedback, and read the fine print. I have been buying off of ebay for over 5 years now and have never had a problem...but it only takes one person to screw you over.
