I sincerely hope someone will be able to provide support to help me prove my case, which I’ve been working on for over 10 years. It’s been difficult because I was young, alone and no one, other then the people who took advantage of me in my youth, believes my story is true. I still feel it’s important to pursue justification to expose the false hood of those who took advantage of me during my teenage years.

I spoke to an entertainment attorney who said the only way I can prove my case is if the people who were directly involved in taking advantage of me to steal my songs reveal detailed information of their involvement. I believe that attempt can only be achieved by undercover detective personnel who I cannot afford.

I decided to post my question because it is a desperate means of trying to find someone who can help me prove my story is true. I can’t afford an undercover private investigator so I’m trying whatever means possible.

I think you have covered your bases rather well, already. And I'm sure the attorney told you that copywriting isn't as complicated as you think. As long as you can prove you wrote your songs at a certain time, copywrite laws will generally extend protection.

Like the man said--write some more songs.

If you didn't copyright your music and it was stolen it will be very difficult if not impossible to prove you had them first.
