Some cynic once said that love was mostly a matter of proximity.
So get close, be yourself, spend time, be casual and await your opportunity to make an impression.
Then be patient and don't give-up too much. Women are intrigued by mysteries. They're drawn to puzzles.
Once you sense she's imagining how you might be (asking questions, giving you looks) you're in there.

take time to find out things about her by talking with her. for example her favourite food, music, books, then surprise her with a small gift. It'll show you care. If you don't become an item right away, at least you'll make a new friend...and that might develop into something more later.

dont get all touchy real fast, we (the nonsluts) dont like that.
be considerate, like open a door or whtevr.
show interest in her family, we like it when u like r peeps. (not the marshmallows) if u plan on sticking around, give us gifts. we like jewels :)

There's nothing you can do to "make" someone like you. All you can really do is be yourself, and if they like you, then they like you.
I mean if there's someone in particular you have your eye on just be really nice to her, and pay attention to her and such.
