How Does Kakashi Sensei got his sharinghan?

in cartoon naruto i watched all episodes that came out already in japan alll 190 episodes but in non of them they explained how Kakashi sensei got his sharinghan, cause he does not poses blood line. so how did he get it

well you see when he was just 14 or 15 he became a jouni. So one day when when he and his group were in a misson Rin, the medic ninja on their team, got captured so they went to save her, but Uchiha Obito got his entire right side crushed by a bunch of boulders in the process so he told Rinteam to transfer his left eye, his sharingan, to Kakashi. And thats how Kakashi got his sharingan.

In his past, Kakashi was on a team with two other ninja, much the way Naruto is. In his group was Uchiha Obito- a youth of the Uchiha clan. Obito was a klutz and fairly worthless. Kakashi loses his eye defending Obito. Later on down the line, Obito is crushed under a cavein. He asks their third member- a medical ninja, to surgically implant his Sharingan eye into Kakashi's now useless eye as a the traditional gift one gets upon reaching new status.

Pretty much what Dustin said sums it up. Obito was not going to make it, and Kakashi was his best friend so he had Rin, the kunochi of the group, remove it and give it to Kakashi. Kakashi, though, does not hold all the true power of the sharingan like Itachi or Sasuke, because he is not part of the blood-limit. But it surely does help him in all other situations ^__^
