Fish can't sneeze. Are you sure it's not some kinda infection? If he cut himself and it got infected, you need to treat him with an anti-bacterial in the water. Try using Maroxy I or Maroxy II.
Otherwise, I'd say you're pulling my leg.

very very carefully, make sure though that you do not use the kind with lotion as it may get on the fish nose itselve. Always be sure to disgard when your fish is done using it, PS maybe try some chicken soup, they say it cures everything. Oh and remember to SMILE at it often and check its temp.... Be sure it continues to get plenty of fluids.
