They do have ink that is visible under UV light....to my knowledge it's not that good of an idea...there are more risks involved in getting them. A site with info about what you're looking for (and also good for anyone with any kind of body modification questions) is BMEzine.com

But no, they're not invisible...they're just a lot more prevalant in UV light...in normal light they appear to be more of a whitish color

Well, there are dyes and inks that only show up under UV light, so it's at least possible, but I've never heard of such a thing.

No thats impossible! Since i'm a tatoo artist i should know. The specail ink that is used for tatooing, is impossible to make invesible. Usually if you add lemon juice to ink it will become invisible ink, but if you do that here, it was cause the tatto ink to become contaminated, meaning it wont be able to be used as a tatooing agent...

I've heard of it, I'm not sure if it's just a rumor thing that you hear about or it's real either way I'm not sure it's "in" enough that you'd find a tattoo parlor too easily that would do it.

yes. when i lived in florida there was parlors that had commericals for invisible tattoos.
