ok heres the deal,

im a freshman, 6'0, 150 pounds

im debating what position to play too, i ahve a good arm from baseball so i could be qb, but i reeeaallyyyyy want to be a linebacker. Does anyone have any tips/workouts/ideas for me??

Gain a little weight and put on muscle weight also. Abs, Legs, and arms are what a linebacker needs.

bulk up, hit the weights and put as much muscle on you as possible. if you want to be a linebacker then your going to need to be big!!

Do legs workouts to increase your power and quickness.

run run run run and when you're tired, run up some stairs.
